OPTIONS
Breakout Wrench Cylinder
The optional breakout wrench hydraulic cylinder pins to the rear frame of the rig and is designed to attach to conventional chain tongs.
Breakout Wrench Cylinder (R12-50T)
The breakout wrench cylinder for the R12 - 50T is mounted along the 8" channel below the deck with a 5/16" cable and socket and comes through the lower tube of the pump hoist frame. This allows the breakout to be out of the way when not being used.
Bumper
The heavy duty bumper (1/8" floor plate) is designed for extreme strength and long life. The bumper can also be built with a receiver hitch.
Cathead (3-4T-12T)
The cathead is a hydraulically driven 6" diameter capstan and it mounted on the right rear corner of the unit. Pulling capacity is 3200 lbs.atis.
Cathead (R12-50T)
The cathead is a hydraulically driven 6" diameter capstan and is mounted on the back right corner of the frame. Pulling capacity is 3200 lbs..
Wireless Remote
The wireless remote allows the operator to control either the mainline or sandline with the push of a button when the operator is unable to be positioned at the control panel.
Deck
Hunke decks are made with 3/16" floor plate and supported by 3" channels underneath.
E-3 Mast Extension
The E-3 extension is designed for light work or windmills. With the E-3 option the mast can be telescoped an additional 10 ft. and layback distance is improved by about 4 1/2 ft. When the E-3 is extended load limits are approximately 800 lbs. on the 3T & 4T, 1,500 lbs. on the 5T, and 2,000 lbs. on the 6T. When the E-3 is not extended the machine load capacities are not affected.
Electronic Spudder/Walking Beam
The electronic spudder/walking beam is a simple way to use the electronics of the remote and apply them to the sandline winch for hands free swabbing of wells. The operator is able to adjust the time of the up stroke and down stroke with the flip of a switch. Contact us for more information.
Front Hydraulic Jack (3-4T-6T)
The front hydraulic jack aids in leveling the truck on uneven terrain and eliminates the truck spring reaction while operating the hoist.
Front Hydraulic Jacks (8T-50)
The front hydraulic jacks for 8T - 50T aids in leveling the truck on uneven terrain. We are able to mount them around items of the truck (fuel tank, battery boxes and air dryers).
Headache Rack
The headache rack is made with 1/8" floor plate with supports welded on the back side for added strength. The headache rack protects the cab when equipment is placed on the open areas of the deck.
Longer Outrigger Jacks
The longer outrigger jacks are for 3T, 4T, 5T and 6T pump hoists. They are designed for rigs that sit on taller frame chassis.
Mast Light
The photo shows a standard mast light with a shield.
Oil Cooler (11T-50T)
The oil cooler for the larger pump hoists is a heavy duty hydraulic cooling coil that is powered hydraulically. The oil tank has a thermostat built in to turn the cooler on when the oil temperature starts to rise.
Oil Cooler (3-4T-10T)
The oil cooler is a heavy duty hydraulic cooling coil with a 12 volt fan which in most operating conditions allows for continuous operation normally curtailed by overheated hydraulic oil.
Pipe Rack
The 19' long pipe racks mount independently on right or left side of the pump hoist and will carry approximately 700 ft. of 1" pipe on each side. The front of each pipe rack is enclosed and has three ratchet straps to secure the load.
Pipe Rack with Manual Tilt
Our redesigned pipe rack has allowed us to keep the concept of our old powered pipe rack but eliminating the electric actuator. Thus, eliminating any problems the actuator may have with normal wear and tear or due to poor weather conditions. We've tested the manual tilt with 1,000lb load and the operator was able to pull down and lock the pipe rack into the unloading position (mulitple locking positions) with little effort. A video of the pipe rack was added to our video page of the website. Click on the video tab on our home page and it will direct you to the video.
Plastic Pipe Reel
The plastic pipe reel is built for pulling and servicing submersible pumps hung on plastic pipe. The plastic pipe reel has a 700 lb. working load with a 100 ft. per minute line speed and a spool capacity of 300 ft. of 1-1/4 " pipe.
Power to Rear
The power to rear operates additional hydraulic equipment (spinners, catheads, ect.). The power to the rear is mounted on the right rear corner of the deck on 8T and larger pump hoists and the upper right corner of the frame on 6T and smaller pump hoists.
Sandline Winch (3-4T-6T)
The sandline winch is power-up and power-down. Please see the products pages for lifting capacities and spool capacities for each pump hoist. A heavy duty clutch for free-fall is also available on some models.
Sandline Winch
(8T-R15)
Sandline winch is power-up and power-down. Please refer to the product pages for lifting and spool capacities for each size model. A heavy duty clutch for free-fall is available on some models.
Sandline Winch (R20-60T)
Sandline winch is power-up and power-down. Please refer to product pages for lifting and spool capacities for each size model.
Swing Arm
A swing arm is an option used mostly for our larger pump hoists. The swing arm allows the operator that uses a set of tongs/spinners to lift and swing the spinner up and out of the way when not in use by means of the tailout winch or an auxiliary winch specifically for the swing arm.
Tailgate
Our tailgate is ergonomically designed to hold tools while working at the job site.
Toolbox
The all steel, heavy duty toolboxes are built for extreme durability. Overall sizes are: (36" x 16" x 16") (48" x 20" x 20") (60" x 22" x 22")
Utility Body
9ft and 11ft bodies are the norm, with many compartment options to choose from. Contact us for more information.
Wire Winder
The hydraulic variable speed wire winder mounts on the rear of the pump hoist frame on an arm that locks into multiple positions.
Work Lights
LED work lights are mounted in positions on the frame of the pump hoist to shine onto the well, winches and other various locations.
